Normally this is a really good taco bell but being forced to wait in line from 1am until almost close at 3am is crazy would have left if I had not ordered in the app.

Everything we ordered was made correctly, was fresh and the service in their busy drive thru definitely sets the standard for many other subpar locations in the area.

Can be hit or miss, its fast food, but taco bell breakfast almost always does right by me. Lady at drive through kept my card on accident, Leon handled the issue without a manager and kept me as a satisfied customer. Pay Leon more, he deserves it, and as a fellow manager at another establishment it would be a massive loss to Taco Bell to lose such a decent employee over not paying him additional.

I mean come on, it's Taco Bell. It's a go to food most people get and food is always done right when we come to this one but the service is, hmm, automated is the best word to describe it. Going through the motions. Friendly, not rude, just.... there.
The atmosphere is rather bland if you go in. It's clean, but you feel like you're, I'm not sure, like, It's like it's rather go through drive thru here Thang go inside to eat because my car had MUCH more personality than the inside does. I'm sure someone knows EXACTLY what I'm saying about this 🤣 but I do continue to go there, just not go in.

I haven’t had a bad experience at this Taco Bell yet. I always get exactly what I ordered even when I make substitutions. It’s always made promptly even when I’ve had trouble with the app when I’ve called the building they’ve answered and able to help me.

The staff and location are amazing 5 stars, however why is it when I place my order online it isn't made before door dash orders a that can't even pick up food that I'm stuck in line waiting for? This over site in your order strategies should get an over haul as soon as last year. I have been in line for 20 minutes and was quoted another 20. And there's nothing I can do because you already charged my account

Literally in the nicest way possible incompetent had two cars couldn’t even talk at menue had over 3 hours before close I tried to be incredibly kind and even gate would never be nasty towards a worker just wanted to state they literally had already checked out the one other car and still hadn’t spoken for over 25 minutes I just sat there with me amd a few other in my car person a head of me and a person behind me

Store hours are incorrect. They close at midnight due to staffing issues apparently. While driving by saw staff sitting in the food court area on their phone so not sure how much truth there is to the flier they post on the speaker at the menu.
