Disappointed with my latest order. I don't get fast food often, but when I do, I usually like taco bell. I ordered chalupas, but the Pita bread barely got fried, so it was more like a gordita. I wanted a chalupa. I could understand a lot of scenarios that could have gone wrong, but they have timers on everything they cook, so this shouldn't have been an issue.

Stopped by Taco Bell for a quick bite and went through the drive-thru. The service was fast, and I got my food quickly, which was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the ordering experience could have been better. I felt a bit rushed, as they kept asking, "Is that it?" instead of allowing me time to browse the menu or offering suggestions.
The condiments were well-stocked, and overall, it was a decent experience. A little more patience at the ordering window would go a long way!

Service has always been great but WHY do they only put sauce on one side EVERY SINGLE TIME! And it took FOREVER to get food. Not even that busy. Do better
Went there at 12:50 am on a Saturday night they’re open till 1. The girl on the intercom said “I’m sorry we’re closed”, we explained “we thought they closed at 1” and she snaps back with an attitude. She says “I said we’re closed right now god bless your soul.” Very disrespectful.

Not going to lie, their food made everyone in my house sick to their stomach for a few days afterwards. We all had a different variety of things but common things were the beef, salad, sour cream and we have absolutely no idea what caused it. I don't plan on going back to this one

One star on service. I actually did not get any food. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff only attended to the drive thru customers. There was only one other gentleman in the store that had already placed his order and no one behind me. I had 4 out of the 6 employees look at me and not say a word. I then attempted to place my own order on their tablets but I customize my food there and some of the options are not available on those screens. I ended up just cancelling and walking out. I couldn’t believe they just ignore the inside guests and just take care of drive thru. Very poor service. I’ll never use this location again and think they meed some better management.

Giving this store a 1 star because I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no spicy cheese sauce for my 1 year old daughter. And got home and there was spicy cheese sauce even after I asked the drive thru person to please make sure there was no cheese sauce. This is now the second time we've come to this location and they added the sauce even after I said to take it off?

I put an app order in for pick up and go to avoid the drive through, but the doors were locked and I had to wait in the drive through anyways.

It's 11:30 and they are pretending as if that are closed. They are lazy and garbage. Do not eat there!!!!
Placed a mobile order for pickup in the lobby. Came to get it, waited over an hour while they served everyone else. Then the manager yelled at me when I asked for my order because they lost it. After waiting and hour we did not get food. Will not be back!

Never had a problem with incorrect orders or bad food (other than rare occasions, which happens anywhere). Main consistent problem is they are painfully slow all the time. No matter time of day or contents of order, be prepared to wait longer than you would expect. Otherwise food and staff are generally pleasant.

Took 45 minutes to get my food and lady in the drive thru had an attitude. Had to ask if she could give something complimentary for the wait. And she angrily threw a coupon in the bag and said, "here's a free taco"
