I’ve ordered DoorDash from here multiple times. I almost never get the nacho cheese I order. If you’re going to charge for it, at least put it in the bag. This is diabolical I gotta eat these things dry. Had to chase it with some Pepsi.

The lady working the drive thru forgot one of our tacos went back thru and she added lettuce on it after saying no lettuce bad customer service
I enjoyed the food but out of 3 items I only had one. Several errors in a $50+ meal but again, the food was good. Not enough staff to cover the customers orders and assist the other two employees.

You actually get waited on here and treated like you are at a sit-down restaurant by extremely friendly people. If I'm ever in this area again I will be sure to come back to this location.

Taco John’s has great food—quick, tasty, and usually reliable. But if you’re going to post hours, you should stick to them. I’ve shown up multiple times at 6 AM when you’re supposed to be open, only to find the doors still locked. If you’re not opening at 6, change your hours. Otherwise, be ready for customers when you say you will be.

Opens at 8:00 a.m. posted at the door and online. Went to pick up an online order placed at 8:03 got to the store at 8:15 nobody answering the drive to speaker nobody at the drive-thru window so I parked to go inside doors are locked. Can't see anybody from the outside. Tried calling to no answer. Go back around to the speaker with nobody responding. I pull up to drive through your window I hear people inside working, honk the horn after waiting 30 minutes I finally get someone and tell them waiting for my order for over 30 minutes. I received my order and come home just to find them made it wrong. No pico that it comes with and no mild sauce that I added to my order.
