This last visit was not great. The food was cold and I mean cold. They didn't listen when we ordered so Food wasn't correct. Hope next time it's better.

On Sunday I stopped at the Taco John's in Bellevue, they did me wrong, I went through the the drive thru, they claimed their system crashed, but they said that their online orders was the only thing working, I am guessing that they were just being lazy that night, so I pulled to the front of the store, I ordered online and specifically added mild sauce to my order, when I got home I noticed that the sauce in the bag was all labeled Hot, the drink they gave was diet, I am allergic to diet sodas, and there was hot sauce added to all of my food in the bag except the potato oles, I know working in the fast food industry is demeaning, but you should never tamper with a customer's food, I believe that is a felony in Nebraska, and if I was an hateful person I would be doing more then doing this review on Google, I would be pressing charges and filing a lawsuit for food tamporying.
I have been going to this Taco John's since our office moved to Bellevue and I will keep going there No Problem. They are as friendly as can be and they are super fast almost getting me back to work too fast, I always eat in their dining room. Good Food Good People what else can you ask for.

This location has the best employees. Shout out to Robyn and EVERYONE there. You can tell it’s like family. We were there 9-5-2025 at 12:30pm, if corporate is reading this…. You should give this crew a pay raise. Customer service, cleanliness, food quality, good attitudes - - all things amazing. Thank you lunch crew. As always, we will be back. ❤️

I’ve ordered DoorDash from here multiple times. I almost never get the nacho cheese I order. If you’re going to charge for it, at least put it in the bag. This is diabolical I gotta eat these things dry. Had to chase it with some Pepsi.

I enjoyed the food but out of 3 items I only had one. Several errors in a $50+ meal but again, the food was good. Not enough staff to cover the customers orders and assist the other two employees.
