The Taco John's that I went to looks like it's seen better times. The lady served the drive thru was friendly and helpful. The only real gripe is the drive-thru menu. Some of the prices are wrong as found out at the window. But despite all that, the food tasted really good, especially for fast food. It was a nice change up from Taco Bell. I swear the potato oles are laced with something. They are so addictive.

Worst service ever when I say a meat potato burrito it does not mean some panini looking burrito or a chicken taco or worse a full combo happens everytime and there is no option to call or let menagement much less district know how horrible you have been in the three times in the past 2 years I've tried and the menu item I order have never been removed it's #8 x2 just the burrito

I made an order to drive through. I ordered the special they have by one and get one for a dollar I ordered it everything burrito and then and everything burrito for a dollar. I also ordered one of their new apple desserts. Horrible food I got my order went home and we got one burrito and it wasn't even the one I ordered it was a potato and meat they didn't even ask me what kind of meat. No flavor tasted awful. Then the dessert I got was it even sealed in the box correctly all the Apple stuff on top of the tortilla was all over my bag all over my burrito. I couldn't even eat it number one and I ordered the buy one get one for a dollar cuz us feeding two people so we couldn't even eat. I called to speak to manager and their answer to me was well if you want to drive back here we can fix it. no I don't want to drive back there I live 10 and 1/2 mi away I got it on the way home from work. Other solution was oh I can send you some coupons in the mail. No I don't think I'll ever go there again and get any food it was disgusting. Shame on you you guys need to do better or train your help better.I was a chef for 38 years and I would never have served anything like that to any of my customers or to myself. So it's not like I don't know what I'm talking about.

I went through drive thru on my way to a concert. I ordered a meat and potato burrito with no lettuce or white stuff. I said I don't know if it's ranch or sour cream that they put on it but I don't want it. The guy says, so you want a meat and potato burrito with no lettuce. I think, maybe that burrito doesn't get any of that so I say yeah. I leave and find out there is all sorts of sour cream in it. I tried calling twice as I don't have time to turn around and no. One answers the phone. Very disappointed.

Decide to try a bite of her chicken which wasn't even looking like chicken tender and no wonder the kid didn't like it - it was disgusting and aftertaste of a rotten and smelly meat soaked in vinegar. Never taste that bad food before, especially from kids menu. After this disappointment the whole order go in the trash and had to cook dinner at 10 pm. This is one of the worst fast food places in Bellevue. Surprised places like Taco John's with bad experience in food, customer service and management are still in business.

Horrible Experience, ordered 2 meat and potato burritos and a large ole with cheese and they tried charging me $18.63 when I brought up the burritos were buy one get one for $1 the guy at the register claimed they weren’t running that promotion even though there’s multiple signs up from when they finally fixed it he just handed me my back and said “there by” and shut the window. Food was ice cold when I got home and I live 3 minutes away. Don’t not recommend anyone go here total waste of money
