Normally great place to go, but I took my boyfriend on a date there today and ordered summer sunset and an orange creamsicle smoothie and they made a banana smoothie. We ended up telling them but they never gave a refund or remade the drink causing much disappointment. Wish we could have gotten compensation or a new drink.

I grew up in the Bay Area in California so vietnamese sandwiches and boba was a norm for me. The Banh Mi shop, in my opinion, is the most authentic and best tasting banh mi and boba tea i had in the entire midwest, hands down. We lived near Elkhorn but whenever we are nearby, we always tried to make a stop here.

Hadn't been for a while so decided it was time to eat here again. All the food is very good, and I always get the Hong Kong Milk Tea, no boba. Very close to the tea I had when I was actually in Hong Kong. I had the beef bulgogi sandwich and my wife had the grilled chicken bun box. I have had the BBQ pork and pork belly sandwiches in the past. Definitely worth the visit if you haven't been here.

The food was good, espesically the Banh Mis. The boba was pretty good, but don't have specific flavors that I would like added to the menu. The service was pretty goo. The ambiance was nice, I could work and eat at the same time. Overall a good place to eat. I would come here again!

First visit and was delighted with our sandwich choices and Bobo teas! Very good atmosphere and despite having a busy lunch crowd at 200p, the service was fast. Staff was very helpful in guiding us what to order. New favorite!

I love bahn mi so I decided to go here, since I'm new in town. Yuen helped us. She was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I ordered the shredded chicken, teriyaki and Chinese BBQ sandwiches. Mine was way too salty. My kids had the others. The mayo was too overpowering and too much of it. Sadly those sandwiches went in the garbage. I don't recommend if u like authentic Vietnamese food. The atmosphere was very clean and very modern. The food just didn't match the place.
Love the sandwiches and different drinks and flavored lemonades!! It’s clean and the teenagers working there are nice. Didn’t have to wait too long and there is a good amount of seating available inside. I don’t live in Nebraska but I always love to come here when I come to visit! Love Banh Mi!!

I both go to and order from this place an *alarming* amount. My orders are not straightforward and sometimes I order several drinks to bring to classmates. I have NEVER had a bad experience.The staff is always so kind and caring, even taking the time to review ingredient lists for newly launched items when I have questions as a vegan. I’ve watched them handle customer concerns with grace on multiple accounts and have never been somewhere with a more consistent atmosphere and experience.I don’t normally leave reviews but after reading some negative ones, I couldn’t believe it and had to add my take. I share this place with anyone I can. Thank you Bahn Mi and staff!Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian bahn mi sandwiches and lots of drinks to choose from.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to customized orders for dietary restrictions such as veganism like myself! Bread is fresh, veggies and pickled just perfect and pork is juicy. Service was amazing and location was nice and clean.

The brown sugar boba I got was very disappointing. It was basically just milk with very little brown sugar and no black tea and personally that black tea flavor is what I look forward to the most. Will not be getting boba here again.
