I ordered five Taro Bubble Teas from this place. Once I realized that they were not blended, I asked if it was too late to have them blended and the gentleman said it was. The female had asked if she could fix it afterwards but since the gentleman wasn’t willing to work with us I just wanted to get my drinks and leave. The WORST part is that all five of them did not taste like what we wanted. They tasted like milk with a hint of Taro!!!

Not a bad boba tea place, but overall nothing impressive. Boba balls were slightly overcooked, tea tasted average, sizes were average as well.

8/7/24 Update: Ordered a drink requesting 75% sugar but it tasted like bland tea, with no sweetener. Again, drink is not filled to the brim.

I love ordering ahead on DoorDash and then picking it up through the drive-through because I have a young one and it’s quite a hassle having to get them out of the car seat and go in and pick up the food when I already have my hands full so one thing I love is the drive-through and ordering ahead. I’ve been to this place two times with no problem picking up my food at the drive-through today the gentleman that was working, made it difficult. He at first said he wanted me to park and walk in and pick up the drinks. I told him that I’ve picked up the drinks through the drive-through before and today it was pouring rain and I had my baby with me if I could, please pick up the drinks at the deive-through window once I was done trying to talk to him. He finally said fine. Keep in mind there was nobody in the drive-through besides my vehicle! Will not be coming back unless I’m by myself and really craving Boba!

I have been going to thirst tea in Omaha at both locations for about 6 years and never have I had such a bad experience then I have had today. Started off with the girl who was working the drive through not giving us time to order and cutting us off every time. when I told her I need a minute so my friend could pick their drink she completely ignored me and told me my total and to drive up. After telling her twice that I was not done she let me order my second drink. This is were it gets bad, she then makes both drinks and luckily my drink was made some what correct though watery, but my other drink was completely wrong and when I asked her to fix it she gave a very sassy response. While she was making my second drink for the SECOND time I was watching to make sure it was correct and watched her add WATER to it watering it down making it taste terrible. I understand that they just opened but I hope they understand that this is not ok and they need to train their staff better.

It’s a good place to hang out with friends. Not crowded. They offered drinks & some snacks.We tried a couple of their drinks & so far we haven’t had a drink that we didn’t like.

I ordered two drinks through the drive-through, both of which were the same. I had to repeat my order several times, and still received the wrong order at the window. Don’t waste your time and just go to Bahn mi.

If you are looking for a something a little different this is the place. The selection of teas is amazing. The staff is super helpful in narrowing down the choices. Every tea I have tried has been flavorful and refreshing. The decor is fabulous, so colorful - love the mural on the wall. I plan on working my way through the entire menu. Well worth your time and money. You won't be disappointed

We went in for the first time just to try something they were very welcoming they even asked if we had any questions they were quick we ordered and our food/drink we're out very quickly they were cheaper than a lot of places for boba and their onagiri wasn't very high price either all around wonderful experience.

Vegetarian options: Kimchi avocados most of their drinks are just fruit or tea-based

Dietary restrictions: They will make your drinks or make sure that you know your drinks have milk in them before you buy them just to clearify

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and their doors opened inwards and their chairs are not bolted to the floor so they are easy to move for tables access

I love it here. I love it that they have a drive thru. I just tried the egg rolls and they they are amazing. You get two for less than 5 bucks. The sweet and sour sauce has a hint of spicy. I loved it. I couldn't wait to get home to try it so I tried it while going through the car wash. ;)

The manager was awful. They made my drinks incorrectly and I called and someone said they would make note of it and I can come in and get my drinks remade for free. When I came in the manager was saying it was suspicious and no one told him about the situation and he believed it didn’t happen…and after 10 minutes of sitting there and him being rude and trying to say I was lying a worker confessed to talking with me(and he had previously told me that didn’t happen and no one talked with me)but said she made a note about my drinks but never said they’d remake them which wasn’t true and she already was trying not to tell the manager she had even talked with me.I wasn’t upset about the drinks,I would’ve paid. The manager was so rude and I will not go back. I will drive the 30 minutes to go to the Midtown location-just to avoid him.
