TSA脭鈥HA, has Great Fried Chicken love that atmosphere in the restaurant and the Boba, Tea's well most of there drinks are great ( I haven't tried them all YET 馃槈 ) Don't forget to try the deserts also. When you go in check out the Art work displayed on the wall and on the desert case by local artist ( They Are NOT for Sale ) Trust me I tried !!! Best place for Artist to come in and get inspired by food and music. The customer service is top notch 馃憣 馃憦 馃憤 馃檶 馃榾 馃槑 I've only been to the one in Bellevue Nebraska

I tried their Dubai chocolate waffle today, it was so good! Egg waffle was crispy outside and I really like the pistachio jam! I鈥檒l have this again. Best spot in town for Boba tea and Asian snacks.

I visited today around 3:20, I ordered drink and I had this exact same drink at different location but the taste and how drink made was very different. I don't think they know the receipt. I know there should be pomelo on the top and jelly should be sago but there were different type of jelly in there and with little bit of sago. Also some milk thing on the top? even this is how you guys make this drink, aren't the every Tsao Cha should make the same way?
Also we waited for 30 minutes to get 3 drinks which does not make sense to me. The workers were laughing and took too much time. They definitely knew we were waiting but I guess they didn't want to work.
It was terrible experience we wasted our time waiting there. They should know everyone's time is important.

Every time I鈥檝e been to Tsa么 Cha I鈥檝e had nothing but pleasant experiences. The staff is nothing short of wonderful! They are genuine and always willing to help you find the best drink for your taste! Not only is the staff exceptional but the drinks and food are amazing! 10/10 recommend!

I went for the first time today. I only got Boba but there were a lot of options and flavors. The staff was very helpful and super sweet. I got a mango milk tea with mango popping Boba, it was really good definitely in my top 5 boba places

The ladies gave me a recommendation to try the matcha slush. its delicious! The atmosphere is so welcoming. They have board games and books. Check this place out!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Tsao Cha with my 11-year-old daughter. During our visit, she accidentally spilled her drink due to a loose lid provided by the staff. Instead of offering any comfort or reassurance, the employees simply cleaned up the mess in silence, leaving my daughter feeling sad and embarrassed.
When I asked a server if she could make another drink for my daughter, she said yes, which gave me a glimmer of hope. However, after waiting patiently for over 10 minutes, I noticed the same server leaving her work station and heading to the back without any update. I approached another server to follow up, only to be told that we would have to pay for another drink.
This experience was disheartening for three main reasons: first, my daughter was already upset about the spill, which was caused by the faulty lid; second, I had tipped 15% on our original order, which should have covered the cost of a simple replacement drink; and finally, the staff showed a complete lack of care for customer experience, prioritizing a $6 sale over a child鈥檚 happiness.
I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment, especially families with children looking to enjoy bubble tea. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that values its customers.
