Normally, I don't mind eating at village inn, but I will choose a different location from now on. Our food was out way too fast, and was horribly undercooked. The ticket was given to us at the same time as the food, which screams, "hurry up and get out." The server was nice, although he wanted to make small talk about him playing video games as an adult. I am 34 with 5 kids, and a high paying career....No. I don't waste my time playing video games. You shouldn't either if you ever want to be more than a server.

I sat here for a half hour not one person came and took our drink order or anything. Multiple people came in and got served right away. We walked out. Terrible service.

Our waitress Haylie was awesome handling multiple tables and still being pleasant. My food was awful. Pancakes aren't like they used to be. Tasted like crap is the best way to explain it. The eggs were watery and raw bacon. Village Inn really has gone downhill. Won't be back ever!

Haylie our waitress was great, food not so much. Burnt waffle, halfway cooked bacon, and watery scrambled eggs

The portions looked like the meal portions of 3 years ago cut in half. Oddly, though, the price was doubled. Sad.....at least it tasted good.

For a couple years now, every time I order from this location, they get so many things wrong. The manager also is very rude and always gives excuses of why stuff was wrong. Servers might be good or nice, but the manager makes this location terrible. She won't replace things either. She seriously wrote me down to get 2 pieces of bacon the next time I order or go in instead of fixing all the mess ups. Don't recommend.

Just wanted to give an outstanding review as this placed handled Christmas rush about as well as possible. Having a place open on Christmas is rare and even though my online order took an extended period of time it was very understandable. While waiting for my pickup they were explaining to delays well and I noticed when I placed my order that several villages inn around them had online ordering turned off, so they were getting 4 stores worth of online orders as during my visit I noticed that the other stores had online orders off hours later still.Food was good and they didn’t forget anything I ordered which is a chore with that many orders.

I dined in several times at the Bellevue, but got to know the staff and their service, working there one summer ba ck in 1965 as a bus boy. The food was delicious! I couldn't wait for the lunch break to enjoy the tasty bacon and eggs, a short stack of pancakes, and the coffee. Boy was it great. I wished I had found the source of the coffee grounds they used.

I would recommend dining at the Village Inn Pancake House in a heart beat.

Placed two orders of pot roast dinners and hot tea. Our dinner was brought to our table, the food was warm told waitress she heated it in microwave plates were hot food barely warm. I asked for manager she had plates remade and it took around 15-20 minutes to get our meals, and food was hot, but not hot hot by then we were really hungry so we ate our dinner. Was very very disappointed and the place wasn't even busy. The manger gave us each a free piece of pie and it still cost us $35. A small child couldn't have got burned on the food. Very unhappy
