Village Inn Reviews
Won't go back. Went in last night at 7pm. The person behind the counter saw us walk in, she proceeded to ignore us and go clean a table. Cleans the table and goes to the back. No one at all out front. No acknowledgment from anyone that we were there and they would be right with us. Went to the VI on Ft. Crook Rd.
Night and day difference . Manager acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. I'll drive the few extra miles to not be ignored.
Great service and fair prices. The food is great and the portions are large.
We were there today. We’re seated right away and our order was taken soon after. I order VIB. Two eggs over medium. They weren’t ☹️. Server never came back to see if all was okay😞. The Village Inn is a welcoming diner that offers a delightful dining experience. The service is excellent, with friendly staff and quick service. Customers mention Donovan and Deb for their awesome customer service skills that are OFF THE CHARTS. The food is praised for its great quality, with generous portions and even free pie on certain days. The chicken fried steak was delicious. The restaurant caters to various dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, and is also kid-friendly with high chairs available. The ambiance is lively, with a bustling diner atmosphere and the chefs working hard in the kitchen. However, there is sidewalk damage that makes for some rough terrain walking, and while there is handicap parking, there are no automatic doors and large areas of broken up sidewalk to navigate. Overall, the Village Inn provides a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience for its customers.
