Store has plywood signs with "closed" painted on them. Wendy's listing needs to be removed from this location.
I hope if they reopen with a remodel that they remodel the staff too. I love wendys but will drive farther for burger king just to avoid the rudest staff at a fast food place I've ever been to. And you can never complain to them cause just another rude staff member will pretend to be the manager and yell at you too.

3 separate times I've been to this store before close and am ignored at the drive through. Every time I see 3-4 workers inside just sitting on their phones, talking to each other. Why is this location even here if they don't have a single worker that wants to do thier job? This location either needs some serious staff replacement or needs to be closed entirely.

The site says that they close at 11pm so I went there at 10pm as to not bother them while they are trying to put everything away. I was sitting at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes no one answered, I was like okay weird. So I drove up and looked inside and there us like 7 people just sitting around doing nothing, they weren't even cleaning. Absolutely lazy. You applied for the job knowing the hours, so work them. Instead they wanted to close an HOUR before actual closing time.

This place has gone downhill. We decided to dine in and we should have walked out. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, every step on the non carpeted floor about pulled my shoe off from the stickiness and not one item of food we received was even warm.

So upset with their customer service, quality of food, and ability to have their limited time items even on hand. I DoorDashed from this Wendy’s and I was very upset because they blamed everything on DoorDash when they gave me a kids meal sandwich when I ordered a BACONATOR. I paid $16 for a kids sandwich. One Patty when it was suppose to be 2. Look at the picture it’s literally a kids meal sandwich. My entire order was cold and I know it wasn’t warm when my dasher picked up because the cheese didn’t even melt on the fries or the baked potato. Gross. I ordered the pineapple frosty from the SpongeBob line and they didn’t have it. How do you not have one of your promotion items that is limited time?! Bad management and lazy workers if this is the case. No straws or silverware in my bag but they have to seal them prior to pickup and still blamed the dasher for not grabbing them lol this store should just close if they just give excuses and no accountability when you call to express concern for their mistakes.

Attempted to come to this location on 11.01 and was told the store was closed, the hours posted online say it’s open for another hour and the employees had removed the hours sticker from the door showing it was supposed to be open for another hour.

I have literally never had a good experience at this wendy’s. Customer service sucks and the management doesn’t care. Wendy’s corporate should just fire this whole store and start from scratch.

The last 4 out of 5 times we've gone there the food has been terrible. The fries are old, cold and stale. We had to wait extra time for the chicken sandwich to be cooked, which is fine, but then the rest of the food got cold. Last time they were out of chocolate frosties and large fry boxes so they just gave us a medium. This time they were out of All frosties. When it's good, it's REALLY good, but yeah gotta get it together. At these prices, you should always be giving out good quality product. What a disappointment.
