I have been to this location a couple of times. Every single time it’s always been terrible.
However. Tonight I decided to give it another chance because my kids really wanted Wendy’s, I sent my husband to pick up our order.
Things were missing or messed up but the manager was absolutely amazing when my husband went back about the missing or messed up items!!! Fixed the problem immediately, and communicated efficiently. Let him keep the messed up drinks and remade the correct ones. I would say this was the best customer service from this location yet! Usually we don’t make a fuss about it, but I told my husband to at least make sure we have everything in the bags, he went back. Thank you so much Mr.Manager sir. We’ll be back!

I've never been inside this Wendy's location. However, their drive-thru is exceptional. I have food allergies, and i let them know upon ordering. Every time I've ordered, the staff always bags my items separately and let's me know. They've done this WITHOUT me asking. All of the other restaurants have NEVER done this. I'll pass other Wendy's restaurants to use this location. My order is always correct and the staff is very friendly!

If you order this Wendy’s on DoorDash you will NEVER receive the correct order. I have ordered several different items at different times of day and not once have I actually ever received a fully correct order. Way too expensive to mess up every single time.
Just placed my last ever order at Wendy's, they refused to honor a discount that they enticed me with through their app that would have allowed me to enjoy a meal for under $5.
They claimed the scanners didn't work, which is interesting since they never seem to work.
Instead of manually honoring the discount and applying my earned reward, the acting manager decided that a 10% off discount was equivalent. (My meal was only discounted from $13.50 to $12.00)
I normally don't do this sort of thing, but the lack of effort at this location warrants it's permanent closure

I’ve never had an issue here and I’m not rude at all even if I’m being rude to, but today the girl in the drive-through was completely disrespectful wasn’t even paying attention and short when ordering . Then after getting the order wrong she threw my card in the bag of food and I asked her why she threw my card in the bag of food and she said yeah well I did then closes the window. She even stood behind the manager while I asked for the manager, speaking to him, glaring at me and ready to talk back absolutely disrespectful! I get it’s fast food, but make sure you have respectful employees. That’s just disgusting behavior.

Everytime we come here we get the friendliest staff. We went a few days ago and the young man named Alex was very full of happiness. He had a big smile and so polite. The female worker (didn't get her name) she was also very friendly. Everyone was enjoying they're night at work and taking care of the customers. They had a very good work environment. The remodel also turned out very nice.
