Decided to try this location instead of Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered two things of wings, couldn’t even get covered in sauce. One flavor was completely wrong. Kinda disappointing.

I had a great experience! The manager Junior satisfied my expectations he had a lot of patience with me and attended me as best as possible he for sure needs a raise because not only did he attend me great he attended the people in front of me the same way I will for sure be returning to this location!

Got home and we were missing half our wings. Tried calling- no answer. Tried calling again- on hold for 15min. Hung up and gave up. Not the first time this has happened.

Not only do they not know how to answer phones but whats funny to me is not only did they forget half of the order placed on doordash but they yet again failed to provide the entire order on the redelivery… it takes 5 seconds to double check an order to make sure everything is there before you seal the bag. Whoever was working today at 11am (this is posted at 12:25pm) needs to be coached or retrained.

After the 3rd time… I have no choice but to leave this review. My wife ordered us wings from there last night. Terrible. The boneless wings were cold and dry. The bone-in hot honey wings were naked in a pool of grease. Fries were cold. We’ve yet to have a good experience at this location. I didn’t have the energy to call in or drive back to complain. I love Wingstop, but not this location.

Took over 30 minutes for an order and then soda machine won’t work they won’t give refunds, the workers are more worried about smoking and talking to their relatives than making orders, I’d be ashamed to be the general manager of this facility it’s dirty, cooking time is beyond ridiculous, and your service is a damn shame only one girl with blonde hair is the only one that seem to know what was going on, stop taking orders if you guys can’t give warm food took over 30 minutes to get cold fries and burnt boneless if I could get my money back I’d definitely would, wouldn’t come back or recommend

The services was very good. The lady was new and she made mistakes but the big part was that she took accountability. I waited about 30 mins for my food but these days no one apologizes or take accountability. she did! That’s what makes it great service. The food was also very fresh. Great job with that hire!

i have had trouble with this store multiple times. i ordered from this store more than 10 times and every time i was either missing food from my order or it was cold. the food was so cold the fridge could warm it up. this will be the last time ordering from here.

First time trying Wingstop and I am not for sure if we will have it again. We ordered a 10pc meal, sandwich meal, and a lrg voodoo fry and large corn bites. We waited 43 minutes for the food, which I understand in the food industry IF BUSY AND IF FRESH. Although… we did not receive the corn bites and the food was not even warm :( we were also the only people in the place. I only gave a 3rd star because they did give a bunch of ranch when asked for extra. And they delivered.

Employee looked me in the eye and lied 3 times saying the 70 cent boneless wing deal was only valid for a single wing. Not a single order, 1 boneless wing. I wouldve preferred if she just told us to leave

The workers would only talk to each other , ignore customers , the worker said 3 names each very softly they wouldn’t speak up and just threw the bags on the counter. Left the bags there for 10 minutes until someone else came to read the names with attitude. After getting my food I noticed the basket of fried was all burnt . All the fries burned hard . smh
