Horrible service!!! In drive thru, can't hear speaker, person starts yelling at me cause I couldn't hear them. At that point, I canceled and went elsewhere. Second time this has happened!!! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!

I don't write reviews general. But this place messed up my order the other day. I called and they said they would write it down in their little books so that I'd get a free meal. Well, I went to get that today and I had to ask fifteen different times in order to get some fries with the order because they were only gonna give me the sandwich. No problem there, but the manager decided he was going to charge me full price, and so they got to throw out hamburger and fries.

The food never disappoints. But what does is seeing a single woman (manager) working both the drive thru window AND the front. I have come to this place on multiple occasions and the vast majority of the time I have seen the same lady working both. She is always so sweet yet always seems more and more exhausted. I can tell she is simply overworked. Like I said, amazing food, but unfair labor.
The service provided was unsatisfactory, and I do not intend to return to this establishment. The Missouri Valley, Iowa Burger King location provides superior service.

I visited the Blair Burger King Sunday the 24th around 8 o’clock. I went with my autistic brother, and the worker at the drive through was so incredibly rude. For your information, he suffers from severe low functioning autism, and loves the Rodeo King burger. He just recently worked up the courage to order for himself, a major step for him, but was immediately shot down by the worker with the words “I will take your order after you stop being childish.” The drive through worker was so rude, even if my brother was not autistic, it is unacceptable to treat anyone that way. I sincerely hope that this worker realizes her mistakes in her actions and changes her ways.
