“Amazing salsa! Typically, I find the "free" salsa that comes with your "free" chips at similar restaurants to be bland and tasteless. Not at El Vallarta. I found their salsa to be savory and full of flavor. The service at lunch was quick and the entrees were tasty. Great portions! Reasonable prices. I would go there again!!”

“I have purchased doughnuts and rolls from this bakery on several occasions.I am not sure what they do to the doughnuts but the taste is incredible. Well worth the drive from Omaha to Blair.Iv seen some reviews recently that imply this is not the absolute best bakery you will find.There may very well be some places that are almost as good as what Connie makes, but there are none better. And I have traveled and sampled doughnuts from around the country.Credit cards not being accepted, well it’s just the right motivation to always keep cash on hand.”

“So good that we went two days in a row! For those familiar with the Butch's of yesteryear, it's a lot like that. Even the specials are the same (from what I could tell.) I love that the new owners have made it their own while still keeping the nostalgia alive for old locals like me.Highly recommend the Keep On Rockin' Me pizza and the turkey and Swiss sandwich will forever have a special place in my heart. The nachos are also great!”

“What a Nebraska Tradition! Always hot and fresh and loved by my “picky” kids. The drive thru was busy but also quick and we had our food in no time. Friendly faces and workers were smiling and made sure everything was perfect before we left the line. Can’t wait to enjoy on our next adventure!Kid-friendliness: Great flavors and plenty of options.Parking: Easy to park and eat before getting back on the road.”

“An average restaurant for a small town.The menu was bare on appearance, and although the choices looked good, the entrée presentations lacked appeal. The appetizers were standard deep fry fare (pickles, mozzarella sticks) which were bland. The steak selections of prime rib and porterhouse were appealing. I chose the fish & chips for the mood i found myself in, and was disappointed that they were overcooked.”

“This place is amazing! Immediately when we walked in, we were greeted with a cozy and classy atmosphere. The soft jazz music sets a relaxing mood. When the food came, we were most delighted with the most flavorful meal I've ever had in a restaurant!The green beans were so delicious! One of my biggest pet peeves is flavorless food. This place offers so many different flavors for the palate! For our meals, I had the 8 oz. filet, and my hubby had the 14 oz. ribeye, and we both added the grilled jumbo shrimp. Steaks were cooked to PERFECTION...and again...flavor to die for! I like the flavor of meat, so I expect the flavor of the meat to not be hidden. It was salted just enough without all the other seasonings, which is perfect for a steak. The shrimp was amazing! We had FAST, friendly service! My only regret was not getting photos of the food! I was too distracted by the deliciousness to even think about photos! Come eat here...you won't regret it! ?”

“As we traveled through the area one morning on Route 30, we were looking for a diner for breakfast. I happened to see Billy's Cafe out of the corner of my eye and drove around the block to see what I saw. Sure enough, a diner and plenty of parking for our SUV and small trailer across the street. In we went and were greeted right away. The menu looked great and our food was delicious. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. It was so good, we intentionally drove through Blair a month later, just to have breakfast again at Billy's. Route 30 is a good road and a great way around the Omaha area. I recommend Billy's for breakfast. Great value, great food.”

“I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The food was very good. Portion sizes were just about right. Prices are pretty decent. The wait was a little long which I did not mind for this trip but could be problematic if you were in a hurry. I would recommend and would definitely be back again.”

“Godfather’s inside the gas station. Limited menu but you get your order pretty fast and food is consistently made well. The staff has been polite and helpful the few times I’ve been in.”
