The food was amazing! The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming.Daniel, our server, was fantastic.The chips were warm and out of the fryer. The guacamole was fresh and good. My second time. Disappoints. Chimmy dinner beef was not made fresh, microwaved. Chimmy should have been crispy out of the fryer, yet it was soft and obviously made earlier in day. The rest of the components were good. Bar service was great and friendly! First meal was enchiladas. No issues, great!

Amazing salsa! Typically, I find the "free" salsa that comes with your "free" chips at similar restaurants to be bland and tasteless. Not at El Vallarta. I found their salsa to be savory and full of flavor. The service at lunch was quick and the entrees were tasty. Great portions! Reasonable prices. I would go there again!!
