We've been here many times and absolutely love it. The margaritas and daiquiris are superb. The staff is always very friendly and helps you go through the menu on what you would like the most. The building is very updated and has great vibes for a date and night or family outing!

EL VALLARTA on RIDGEVIEW RD, in BLAIR, NE. We gave the waitress cash to pay our bill for four ppl for lunch-she informed us that we only left $3 extra for a tip. We gave her another $10 but when we arrived at home and counted our cash, we realized that we were short of cash which indicated that we originally gave her a $13 tip PLUS an additional $10 that was given to her!! Poor experience at THE BLAIR, NE RESTAURANT

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Lots of food choices. The food was delicious. If I took a star away it would be for a common problem at many restaurants today. No Coke. Had to have Pepsi instead.

Amazing salsa! Typically, I find the "free" salsa that comes with your "free" chips at similar restaurants to be bland and tasteless. Not at El Vallarta. I found their salsa to be savory and full of flavor. The service at lunch was quick and the entrees were tasty. Great portions! Reasonable prices. I would go there again!!
