I was driving through Blair to get some tools. I saw the Mandarin House.I hadn't been there in every bit of 20 years. I thought,I wonder if it is 1/2 as good as I remember?So I stopped in on my way going back the other way. I walked in, the place didn't have 2 people dining inside, a few people, I assume we're employees.I was a little concerned,am I going to get,hot, fresh food ? The server was polite and friendly. My only real issue is the amount of time just to get our order placed. They weren't visually super busy so unless they were jammed up by phone orders, which shouldn't supercede a dine-in customer, they need to staff better.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The food was very good. Portion sizes were just about right. Prices are pretty decent. The wait was a little long which I did not mind for this trip but could be problematic if you were in a hurry. I would recommend and would definitely be back again.
