We hadn't been here for quite a while. Ordered their daily special. We received the sandwich fairly quickly and it was hot. Great flavor and the price was reasonable as it included a bag of chips and a drink. We will visit again. The only problem was that we didn't know their hours, so got there about a half hour before they close at 2:00. Wish they were open longer.

So good that we went two days in a row! For those familiar with the Butch's of yesteryear, it's a lot like that. Even the specials are the same (from what I could tell.) I love that the new owners have made it their own while still keeping the nostalgia alive for old locals like me.Highly recommend the Keep On Rockin' Me pizza and the turkey and Swiss sandwich will forever have a special place in my heart. The nachos are also great!

In order for this to be constructive, its going to be a bit long-winded. I've been here before it's good. My husband and I have been trying to get a sandwich here for months but the weird schedule made it difficult. After months of trying we were excited to be able to go today. We ordered, order is repeated back correctly. When we get the food my sandwich was not correct. I check the receipt and the modifications are on there (albeit a bit confusing to read). I debated going to ask for them to remake it because I know the looks I'll get and I hate being that person. But I've just spent my money and I would like to eat the sandwich I've waited and paid for. So I go up there and ask for the correct sandwich and of course I get THE look. I try not to cry because I feel awful asking. It's passed off to a young woman who also gives me the look. When I look back over I see them just scrapping off the things I didn't want and slapping some mayo on and bring it back. I could have done that. Anyone could have done that, and would if it was just that. I nor anyone should have to explain anything; health/medical/diatary issues in order to get the food they way they ask for it. From a business standpoint I get that it makes sense to just scrape it off an go on. But I couldn't eat my 10$ sandwich after that. And I wasn't going to back up there with tears and make a fool out of myself. So here's my advice if you care at all. If someone comes up with a seemingly silly request, a simple "can I fix this item, or do we need to remake it?" Would would go a long way. Because I could have gotten over a sandwich but now I feel like I've been slighted and judged for needing my food the way I asked for it in the first place.
Love the new owners, new recipes, and new theme. So happy to have great pizza back in Blair, try the "White Stripes"!!
