Ordered my son a sundae, with Oreos. It was nearly $7 for a small sundae, so I just asked what cost so much. She instantly got an attitude then had no idea how to read her own receipt. Hands me a sundae with ice cream on the sides, open the lid and it literally gets all over, hot fudge and ice cream, she closes the window and never gave me any napkins. I honked for 20 seconds as she ignored me. The other guy said he could remake it, she is all worked up and does it. Goes and makes me another one, and lightly dusts Oreos that were $2. This is probably the 4th time in a row bad experience. I always want to try them, but they fail every time. Couldn’t believe the attitude over a very reasonable request. My expectations were set low, and they still missed.

This dairy queen is not a franchise from from my understanding. They have wonderful daily deals. They still have the hometown feel. Sometimes the food can be lacking but is still very good.

Where in the world do I even start. We show up and get woken up because of how freakin loud the speakers blasted. Then an NPC starts screaming at us, “ORDER WHEN YOUR READY”. After that we order a blizzard and asked what type of ice cream? Excuse me? What type of ice cream? What is this build a bear? Then we say chocolate but then get told there IS NO CHOCOLATE??!???! HOW THE FREAK IS THER NO CHOCOLATE IF YOU JUUUUST ASKED ME IF I WANTED CHOCOLATE. Okay that’s frustrating but naw it’s fine. Then we continue listening to this ai that tells us the grill isn’t on and such. So we pull up to the window and we find out THEY REMOVED THE BLIZZARD. OKAY SO BE LIKE THAT, ONE STAR!!!!!

Long wait at the drive up window. Had 1 car at the window and 2 in front of us. The wait time was approximately 10 minutes a car. Left before ordering.
Your Coke flavor needs to be adjusted. It was not even close to tasting like Coke.

Bought a ice cream cake that was horrible paid 27 and change for the little cake and was mostly just van ice cream. They used to have layers of fudge and crumble in the cake and there was a very very small circle of it in the middle was very disappointed will not go to this Dairy queen again not Worth it

Food was good. 2 chicken strip baskets with gravy. We were the only vehicle is the drive through and one car in the parking lot took 20 minutes to get food but it was hot so not a complaint just an observation to share if you are in a hurry.

We went on Saturday at 7pm people was inside they said they were close even tho the hours of operation are till 8pm has happen multiple times. Not sure how they still in business
