Good food. Great Salsa. Terrible water.. apparently Blair has fairly strong chlorinated tab water.. however your restaurant should never just be serving straight tab water. A basic water filter doesn't cost that much or imagine even getting a RO system for your drinking water. Fly swatters would be nice as well.
