I have purchased doughnuts and rolls from this bakery on several occasions.I am not sure what they do to the doughnuts but the taste is incredible. Well worth the drive from Omaha to Blair.Iv seen some reviews recently that imply this is not the absolute best bakery you will find.There may very well be some places that are almost as good as what Connie makes, but there are none better. And I have traveled and sampled doughnuts from around the country.Credit cards not being accepted, well it’s just the right motivation to always keep cash on hand.

The pictures don't do it justice. As you can see in the pictures, half a fritter is more than half a cake plate. went there with $5 the first time and worried I didn't have enough when I saw the size of them. I could/should have bought 2!

Jim and Connie's I remember from my childhood, having delicious glazed donuts in homeroom. 25 years ago and today, Jim and Connie's is still my favorite place for donuts.

Old school donut shop. I went to get a gift certificate and walked out with a dozen donuts bought from Ms Connie herself. Best donuts ever!! They are fluffy sweet and freshly made right there!
Food is fantastic and the service is excellent. First time being there but she knew everyone by name and knew the usual orders for everyone that is a regular. A true old school bakery that’s hard to find nowadays. Just get there

Awesome hometown bakery. Friendly owners. Awesome baked goods. My favorites are cinnamon rolls and gingerbread men cookies. Make this a must stop.
