So my husband and I came through the drive through and ordered our meals like normal. No cars in sight during dinner time. And sadly our orders were made wrong he had cheese on his hamburgers, our fries weren’t even filled halfway full and everything seemed old and sat out. The service was alright and it was probably people ready to go home and short with everyone which is understandable. But please please double check the orders are made correctly. There hardly was anyone there and it could have easily been caught.

Not busy and everytable was dirty. So we sat down at the least dirtiest table and wiped it down ourselves. There is no board anymore. I guess they want you to order from kiosk. The girl taking our order didnt know how to take orders. The gentleman bringing our food over dropped it on the table . I asked about cups for drinks and he rudely told us they are up front. Not to mention the food portions have gotten even smaller if thats possible.

Horribly rude employees, the order kiosk did not have placards to indicate an order, the kiosk had no receipt paper, when I informed the counter clerk that it was out I was told it had been for months, I asked for a copy of the receipt and was ignored.
I strongly recommend you continue down the road to Casey’s or Burger King for breakfast!

Ordered breakfast on the app a couple weeks ago. Showed up at 11:02 was told I was 2 minutes late and couldn't get breakfast. Ordered before 11. I asked the girl if that meant they never even started my order. She said yes. So they just didn't want to do it apparently. I was still charged. I waited 3 days to make sure it posted and wasn't just pending on my account. I called the store. Whoever answered claimed they were the manager and told me to do it through the app but couldn't tell me how. I got it after some searching only for the app to tell me it was forwarded to the store. I didn't hear anything from the store after 5 days so responded to the email I got from mcdonalds. They responded with they closed my case and I would have to reopen it. Still no refund or food.

I hate to say this about any food place that I know I and many others enjoy, I have had the privilege to be able to go to McDonalds since I was young and have been able to always successfully order and UNDERSTAND the people I’ve been able to talk to either drive through or in person. I have recently the last few times have not been able to understand the people both in person or through the drive through, I have gotten the wrong food many many times and when I go in to say something they don’t understand me because I don’t speak a lick of Spanish, which is very frustrating considering I normally am not walking out with less than a $10 meal. So all I am asking McDonald’s is for you to figure out a better situation so all customers can communicate with your workers. And make the food better and make it worth the money we all spend there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please figure it out🙂

Awful. I am not going back there until they change owners. On a not very busy evening, my order of a single value meal took 20 minutes. I waited at the rail while 3 cars passed me by. I had to go in and get my order, which was just sitting there, forgotten. No apology, no offer of a gift card, nothing. The manager thrust the bag at me and turned away.
