Awful. I am not going back there until they change owners. On a not very busy evening, my order of a single value meal took 20 minutes. I waited at the rail while 3 cars passed me by. I had to go in and get my order, which was just sitting there, forgotten. No apology, no offer of a gift card, nothing. The manager thrust the bag at me and turned away.

Getting lunch for my 30min break here since I work 2 min away from this McDonald. I also order online 5-10 min before I pull to the drive through. By the time I get my food, it’s already time for me to clock in back to work. So I never get to eat my food fresh.

When you spend $50 and are waiting for your food inside and then get told that they lost your ticket!! So in other words, you deleted it off the screen. It was a mobile order for pick-up inside. Told him what my order was and showed my order to another counter person. Got my main food in batches and told I'd have to wait 2 minute's for the fries. I waited 4-5x that amount! All the while watching one guy walking 3 orders of fries to the table that ordered 5 minute's after us, and the drive-thru lady taking a minimum of 8 other order fries out the window, and NO, NONE OF THEM HAD BEEN PULLED AHEAD. Sooooo, that means I waited inside for my 5 orders of fries, while my main food got cold. The only fries we got for 10-14 minute's, were the one's they had in the kid's meals. I can supply receipt showing when ordered, delivery of main food, and then delivery of fries. Then to top it off, 10 minute's after sitting down to eat, some guy comes from the back and wants people to move their cars so a delivery can be made. Why wasn't the spots blocked off way in advance, since as he stated "our regular delivery truck is here and needs to pull in that way, need to move your vehicle". This place is a disappointment and no apologies or acknowledgement ever stated. Finally, why doesn't anybody wear a badge? No accountability.

Uh, where are the rest of my fries? I ordered a LARGE. This is just a regular size fry in a LARGE CONTAINER!!!!!! I usually have good service and food from here, which I did again today, but... I want ALL my fries! ?
This place has never gotten my order right. Not once. It's usually small things like in this picture. I asked for cheese, I was charged for cheese but didn't get cheese. I also was supposed to get a Medium fry but the box was half empty. They've given me spicy chicken when I wanted a regular chicken sandwich, Dr. Pepper when I ordered coke. I've been given someone else order completely instead of mine. I never get any napkins in my bag. They seriously need better management and to do better.

Walked in and had to use the kiosk to order my food. The order was not right and I stood in the store for 18 minutes waiting for my food. I’ll never be back. What happened to customer service? Everything is going to machines and it’s a total joke now. Also door dash has absolutely ruined everything in the town of Blair.
