Was shorted a small fry from one of our kids meal, the employee had to come out into the dining area to I guess verify whether after spending $40.00 we were trying to steal a kids fry? My burger was made wrong, and my wife’s burger had a hair in it. I guess I’ll stick to getting runzas at memorial stadium and avoid this clown show in Blair.
I just purchased chili. It was the worst chili ever, bar none. It was like they scraped the bottom of the pot. So thick and too salty. I love Runza's chili so I'll try it one more time in Blair and if it's not good again I won't go back to Blair's Runza.
Firstly, the drive-thru line is jacked up by the way it is designed. I got to the restaurant before the guy to my right, placed my order before him, and ended up in line after him; and of course he ordered everything on the menu when all I ordered was a meal. I hate it when they hand me my drink with soda dripping down the side. How hard is it to wipe that off before handing it to the customer so that person doesn't end up with a cup holder full of sticky? The fries were...
