Went here and got food tonight got 2 smashed sandwiches with like no toppings then I ordered a footlong pretzel and it was burnt with no salt and cold cheese. will never be back here again terrible service.

This black young lady, was talking absolutely rude when my dad called up to get an order fixed and called him all sorts of cuss words and was absolutely disrespectful and wouldn’t take his order. When I called up personally and asked her to take the order she refused. I am deeply disappointed.

Very busy store, 6 on a Saturday. One blonde gentleman was working on online orders, I’m assuming he was new and was asking questions to make sure he got everything correct. The gentleman with curly hair was very polite and apologized about stepping away from my order. I understand they were busy! Very good customer service! Glad to have it in Blair!

I purchased a 6" ultimate BMT. First of all they have the meat and cheese covered by a large metal lid so you can't see what they are putting on your sandwich. The sandwich should have black forest ham, salami, pepperoni and 2x cheese. Instead of black forest ham they used cooked ham and put one small piece. I don't know how much salami and pepperoni we're on it but it wasn't much. She only put 1 slice of cheese. When I got to the vegetables I asked if they had put 2X cheese. She said, no do you want another piece. I asked, isn't that what it is supposed to be. She said yes and gave me a second piece of cheese. The lettuce was pretty brown. The rest of the Vegetables were okay. The service was okay except they are trying to cut corners by using cheaper quality meat and hiding it from the customers.
Subway should probably go to this store and investigate.

Super FRESH sub, Great service. Only drawback is it's a bit pricey for a sub. But that's Subway. Food is ALWAYS excellent here, FRESH and good service.

Did DoorDash so I didn’t see how my order of 5 sandwiches were being made. Absolutely disgusting. This place has gone down in the last year . Had to cut our sandwiches ourselves. Another place in this town that just disappoints.

I placed a door dash order tonight and for the 3rd time my order was wrong! I called to see what happened and "Hunter" tried to blame door dash and threw his other employee Bella under the bus like it was her fault I told him I was allergic to two things on the sandwich so if someone doesn't pay attention someone could have serious medical issues! So I came up there on my 15 minute break from work to get a new sandwich he told Bella no she couldn't do it nor refund my money. I said don't worry about it but be careful cause someone could die from eating the wrong thing. He laughed and thought it was funny! Something needs to be done

I don't know what changed, but they seem to have had 100% turnover. Very slow. With online orders, the lines are long. I've seen several people walk out rather than wait. Four people working today however one person was in the back room and didn't get involved in waiting on customers. Hard to justify coming back.
