Across the board this place is terrible in all aspects. Workers, food quality. Nobody cares if you get your order in a timely manner or if it's even made to your order specifications. Shut this place down and bring back KFC

Everytime we get there, no one is at the front counter. We also are told they no longer serve breakfast, like, at all. Period. Even when the website says they serve breakfast until 11am. No One there seems to want to do their job and it makes it a very uncomfortable experience going in at all. It's a shame because I love taco bell in other locations

One star is beyond generous for this location. They deserve all the negativity that the town has been talking about them. This is only one example out of many, but this incident alone should be enough to warn others to stay away and hopefully close their doors forever making room for Taco Johns. My coworkers placed an order at work through the app including payment. Went to pick up their food and a sign on the door said be back in 30 minutes, but there was no times, no starting time or ending time. They waited 45 minutes. Nobody there, nobody came back. They had to leave, but went back a few hours later and it was the exact same. Nobody there with the same sign. They never got their food or money back.

Ordered food For delivery to come to me while I was at work It is four minutes away from that restaurant Yet somehow, every item in that bag was completely completely soaked in grease to the point that wrappers tortillas everything saturated and slimy The little cheese cups Were completely solidified
I don’t understand how all that can happen in four minutes
The management should’ve never let that leave the window The fact that they did screams a lot about the establishment

They were supposed to be open until midnight and when we pulled up at 10:45 there was one car in front of us. We waited about 15 minutes and thought we would just go up to the window. From there, we could see three people laughing and giggling and looking at us. We knocked at the window and they did not come open it and then I tried to go to the front door and someone had just locked it. We waited the longest but there were six cars that left before us because there was no service
