Just moved to town and had to check out the food trucks! Ana's pupusas are so so so good!! We tried pork, beef, chicken and jalapeño and they were all incredible! Plenty of spicy additions if you like it hot, like the provided salsa and slaw(?). Even the rice and beans were delicious! Hands down will be back on a regular basis! We got 4 pupusas and two sides of rice and beans and it came to $18, not bad at all!

We got two pupusas [sic]. Really fresh, really delicious. Also a Hamaicha. Would definitely go again. Great service.

I don't recommend this place anymore. Ive had Ana's Pupusas before and this time at the Forest Festival they really disappointed me. not only did we wait an hour our food to be made but they also dont give you the correct food after waiting. they definitely robbed me of my money. i paid more for a specific pupusa and they gave me a cheap bean and cheese one that i did not order. when trying to call and get this fixed my call(s) were ignored multiple times. i will not be going back and dont recommend Ana's pupusas anymore. go else where that serves pupusas.

Tried their popusas this weekend for the first time, they were amazing! My favorite is the chorizo and the curtido is so delicious. I definitely recommend!!

I try to always stop by on Saturday when I'm in the area. The yucca fries with cortido are so yummy.

Inexpensive, yet tasty authentic cuisine. Clean food truck in central location in Shelton.

Delicious! Friendly! A little bit of Latin American sunshine on a dreary fall day in Shelton.

Incredibly delicious food! I will definitely be stopping here as often as possible when I am in the area.

Wonderful flavor but I do not like the bones, fat, and skin chunks in the chicken tamales.

Absolutely amazing food truck in Shelton, WA. I've ordered from here many times and consistently get the best pupusas compared to any other venue I've had them at. Their dough to filling ratio is perfect with the dough being just thick enough to contain everything without being dense or heavy, and they are never greasy. My favorites are the Jalapeño one and the Bean one, but all of them are great! Their cabbage slaw is also to die for and I would happily eat an entire bowl of it if given the opportunity. You can also get fried yucca, dessert plantains, and house made horchata here - all fantastic! If you're in town, don't miss the opportunity to try this food truck!

These are incredible and the coleslaw mix is so good! Seriously I drive 45 minutes to come get these. They are so hot and fresh with lots of filling in each of them! The kids also absolutely love them and think they are the best treat ever!

I am so happy this place exists! I have tried all of their pupusa's except the one with shrimp- and each one was amazing. This food truck is definitely in my top 3 favorite & best places to eat out in Shelton, WA. My kids love the pupusa's too! I can't wait to try their plantains!

I stayed in town for only one week but I made a point to go to her food truck every day to get her delicious horchata. Much better than any I’ve had in Omaha. I only ate the crazy corn which was also delicious.
