Absolutely amazing food truck in Shelton, WA. I've ordered from here many times and consistently get the best pupusas compared to any other venue I've had them at. Their dough to filling ratio is perfect with the dough being just thick enough to contain everything without being dense or heavy, and they are never greasy. These are incredible and the coleslaw mix is so good! Seriously I drive 45 minutes to come get these. They are so hot and fresh with lots of filling in each of them! The kids also absolutely love them and think they are the best treat ever!

Just moved to town and had to check out the food trucks! Ana's pupusas are so so so good!! We tried pork, beef, chicken and jalapeño and they were all incredible! Plenty of spicy additions if you like it hot, like the provided salsa and slaw(?). Even the rice and beans were delicious! Hands down will be back on a regular basis! We got 4 pupusas and two sides of rice and beans and it came to $18, not bad at all!
