One of the best places in Broken Bow to get food! They have some of the best tasting crab cakes ever, just a little disappointing that they have made them smaller since the first time I've had them. But still overall great quality food.

This was an excellent place to hang out with family we haven't seen for a while. We were in town for a funeral and met up for cocktails and dinner the night before. The bar and restaurant service was very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was definitely old, well cared for hotel and the pub was very cozy and comfortable. And the food was most excellent! We don't spend much time in Broken Bow, Nebraska, but I would go back to the Bonfire Pub & Grill next time we do find ourselves there.

They have an extensive food menu, so there is something for everyone. My gyro and side salad were very fresh. Multiple people checked in on me often, too. I like that they kept the old time feel of the historic hotel in the decor. It also seems like people who are local eat here as well, not just people who are staying at the hotel.

Our waitress forgot to give us silverware when she bought our salad. I'm not sure how that happened.You need more waitresses so they can do their job better.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and coloring page that our granddaughter enjoyed!
Disgusting. Rat jumped into my food. The food was everything but decent. Service sucked as I had to wait 2 hours. Don't get me started on the ambiance stains on the carpet, suspicious people, and a literal spot of mold in the booze cabinet. 1 star.

I stopped in this past Monday while driving through. Ordered the chicken fried steak, baked beans, and mashed potatoes. The presentation itself was almost as good as the food - which was phenomenal. They also have a great atmosphere in a stunning, historical setting. What really impressed me, though, was the service. My server, Chelsea was (for lack of a better description) a badass! She was serving both sides and tending bar, all the while training two new hires. She explained a little bit about the history of the building, as well as how everything operated, making my dining experience informative and that much more enjoyable. This place is a diamond in the rough, and I will definitely be stopping in again and again. Hats off to the chef as well as the dining staff. Truly a great experience. Highly recommend.
