This restaurant was such a pleasant surprise. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the staff were very attentive. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, perfect for a family dinner. I left completely satisfied and happy.

Yeah, the the lady that was at the window. She was kind of rude. She just threw the Sunday almost adds. The lid wasn’t on there properly. We got it. My husband got it on his pants. I got it on my shirt. I mean she was rude. that’s all I gotta say, and the food was cold. I don’t know what else to say. It was just a bad. This is a bad review to me, I mean, I hate doing that, but she was rude, but that’s what happens when you get kids that only wants to work. This was in broken boat, Nebraska.

If you order the chicken strip meal, you may or may not get the sauce you requested, and your toast may or may not be buttered. It's hit or miss. But some of the teenagers who work there need to learn better customer service.

I love ice cream and Dairy Queen in general but the place looks depressing the employees never smile the person helping me Nikkea at drive thru didn’t smile looked annoyed to be serving customers I don’t know how this place has four stars

If i can give this place 0 stars i would. I went to DQ earlier today and overheard an adult manager and another manager talking about a teenage employee. I believe one of the managers name was Misti. This is not the first time i encounter Misti’s unprofessional behavior. Its very absurd and not acceptable. As a manager you teach your employees and not belittle them. You set an example. You work on what they are doing wrong so they have room for improvement. Not talk about them to another employee in front of them. Misti does not deserve that title..all employees deserve to be treated with respect and treated equally...I will definitely get a hold of corporate!

The food isn't bad, but the constant flies and smell of human urine ruins your appetite

Dirty and smelly. My hamburger and fries sat on that shelf for a bit when he could have quickly given them to me much sooner than he did. It would have taken about 5 seconds to reach over and get them and give them to me. But he started getting someone else's order instead.

Pretty disappointed because we love DQ. Our hamburgers were cold with cold, none melted cheese and cold buns. One of our ice creams (cupfection) hardly had any ice cream in it. The inside lobby was also dirty.
