Since I don’t currently have a car, and was literally starving and hadn’t had McDonald’s in months and walking to work and forgot my lunch, I went to go inside but they had lobby closed so I followed cars until I. Got to the window and I said I’m sorry, I don’t have a car but can I order please and the gentleman in overalls(adorable btw), asked the manager on duty a dark brown haired lady and she immediately said yes and I placed order and the overalls guy brought it out to me and I scarfed it down it was sooooo good and that’s what I call 109% satisfaction! Go Broken Bow McDonald’s one of the best McDonald’s ever?

It amazes me every time I go to the McDonald’s in Broken Bow and there’s nobody in the drive-through line and yet when you get up to the window to get your order you get parked because they don’t have something ready for 90% of their orders like french fries. This is happened to me on several occasions not just once or twice and when you ask the staff about it, they get very rude and make comments about how corporate yells at them every time their drive-through times are high. I think they should be more concerned about their customer service at this McDonald’s then their drive-through times, because without the customers they wouldn’t have a job.
