This was me and my husband's first time trying Runza! We were driving from Sioux Falls to Denver, and we found Runza on yelp. The food was amazing, but the five-star really was for the amazing customer service that Joyce provided. She was very personable and even made it a point to check up on us after we received our food, which is something that is not very common when you go to a fast food restaurant 1000 out of 10!
This runza has been in town since I can remember. It’s seen many manure-ridden shoes from county fairs, stinky and sweaty athletes after away games, and much more, yet the floors remain pristine. They look to be mopped at least twice a day and their carpet vacuumed just as often. The bathrooms are clean and smell nice, and the best part is, you don’t walk out of there smelling like grease. The service is always good and you can tell they care about who they hire.

We don't have any Runza's in Minnesota, but decided to stop here since it was on our roadtrip to CO. Overall, it was pretty good. The service was awesome. The food and atmosphere were both pretty decent. I wouldn't turn down going again, but wouldn't go out of my way for one.I had the mushroom and swiss, which I usually don't get, but it was great.
