Stopped in for what we were hoping was a quick breakfast on an eight hour roadtrip. We knew we were in for an unpleasant surprise when it took five minutes and multiple corrections for the worker to type in our order correctly.. ordered one coffee and four breakfast items.
First order mistake came when the same worker brought over the wrong bagel sandwiches. Due to our time constraints, we decided to let it be.
Fifteen minutes later the “latte” came out.. very poor taste.
Forty minutes after our initial order we had decided we were just going to leave without our two orders of egg bites. One of the workers assured us it would only be another minute or two. When she finally brought out just ONE order of egg bites we decided we weren’t going to wait another forty minutes.
Terrible experience all around. Highly recommend sticking with the gas station coffee and breakfast.

On top of steller drinks and the BEST avacado toast in the state (I get mine without egg), they have a great atmosphere. The owner and staff are always so friendly and the boutique has really cute and wholesome clothing and products. There is a awesome play room for the kids and an outdoor patio. I think they really capture the "vibe" of Broken Bow/Custer County.

Absolutely unacceptable service. 3 out of 4 items in my $30 order were completely wrong. Makes sense considering all of the young girls working were doing nothing but messing around. Super disappointed.

Spiced Chai tea frappe was one of the best I've had! They had GF muffins and bread options Let's talk about the turkey, bacon, avocado melt. The bread was tender warm and fluffy. It went so well with the crisp smokey bacon, creamy avocado, warm layers of turkey and melted cheese. I ordered it without the sweet Italian dressing. Simple sandwich done very well. The atmosphere was cutely decorated for Valentine's Day! The price and friendly attitudes will have us coming back!!!!

Stopped off for coffee and a quick bite to go. There was a large group in front of me, but I still got my hot food very quickly. Despite the crowd, I did not feel rushed and I felt seen and heard.
The ham and Swiss croissant was absolutely life changing. I usually douse them in hot sauce, but the masterful pairing of mustard, ham, and cheese left nothing to want for.
If you're traveling, add Broken Bow to your stop list. If you're local, I'm jealous.
Kid-friendliness: The children there were well-entertained, not disruptive at all. Great place to bring the family.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible, judgment free. Didn't see the bathroom, but saw zero stairs.
Ollie's is affectionately known by my five-year-old as his "best place" 🥰 I love this local gem, and I especially love drinking my coffee the correct temp while the kids play. So much thoughtfulness went into this space and we hope they have many years of continued success.

The owner is a absolute sweetheart and is very kind & apologetic for when her employees mess up. Great tasting drinks when they're made right. The Dirty Dr Pepper is my favorite (theirs is supposed to be vanilla & caramel) but most the workers use coconut & lime... gross

Not your traditional coffee shop but still a nice place! Seemed to be a little confusion with the three staff behind the coffee bar as they kept bumping into each and having to repeat to one another what the drink orders were. Our drinks were good. My pumpkin white mocha was missing the pumpkin flavor which was a little disappointing but it was good as just a white mocha. They had a nice play area for kids which our son liked.

Stopped in while visiting my in-laws. Absolutely love the atmosphere in here! The drinks and food were amazing and the toy room was fun for my little guy. I was tempted to bring half of the boutique home with me too! Will definitely be back!
