Two full orders of Biscuits & Gravy on October 29th dear Lord help us!
A few rice size glimpses of sausage, that's how it's prepared here and that's not a complaint.
The taste went against any and everything the owners strive offer up and send to their customers.
Flour, Flour & Water were the only ingredients. Perhaps the person manning the grill tried to improvise idk?
This wasn't anything close to what I've ordered over a great many years.
Two full order of Tumbleweed's Biscuits & Gravy went straight to the trash.

I was visiting family in Broken Bow that used to eat here years and years ago, so of course I was excited to check it out. I had a French dip, and my grandma had a side salad. My French dip was dry pot roast on top of a bun, my au jus tasted watered down, and my fries were SO hard they were hard to eat! My grandma’s salad was half edible half not, due to the amount of dark brown lettuce she had in her bowl! Not to mention it says it comes with tomato, but was more like a single cherry tomato diced up. My grandma wanted a solution for her salad and was offered another one, but the waitress also said the WHOLE BATCH was like that and it probably wouldn’t be much better if she did get a new one. Fair enough, she just kept picking out the brown pieces. When the check came she asked for a discount just on the salad. The waitress took it to the back and offered 50 cents off. This is a $5 salad that is tiny and she couldn’t eat half of it! The kicker- the waitress said she couldn’t take more off “because she was offered a new one and didn’t accept it”! Overall very very sad to see how an adorable small town cafe has become so mediocre.

Wonderful meal. We met some very nice ladies who told us about the area. Welcome center they told us about has a lot of history. Great place to visit!

Love eating here. You get your money worth in my opinion. Food is good but can be messey at times (mainly burgers which is good in my opinion).
