Sorry to have to leave this but.....I was here in the past years ago and even ate here when it was located by Plattsmouth. Back then very good. Went there today 5/25/24. This place is now a general store. Whatever you order is warmed up in a microwave. Really a microwave like I can do the same thing at home with a TV dinner. This place is just A PIT. This place doesn't deserve to be called a BBQ place anymore. Time wasted, I will never return. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE DRIVE OR WASTED TIME.

I met this incredible guy and his wife at Hy-Vee, while buying patio furniture that was 75% off. He gave me a complimentary bottle of BBQ sauce and asked me to try it. And when I tell you that it was the BEST gift ever, it was!! I HIGHLY recommend this sauce. The compliments that I get on my chicken and ribs because of this sauce is incredible. I happily give Earnie rave reviews and recommendations. This sauce is EVERYTHING! Thanks Unc!!

Really nice and easy to work with. We got the pork, baked beans and potato salad and it was all amazing. We are normally not a huge fan of potato salad but loved it. Did a great job catering with lots of food, necessities and delicious BBQ. Thank you!

Went to a wedding that had uncle ernies catered. Average food. BBQ sauce was delicious, and sides were good but Meat was over cooked. It seemed that the meat that was catered was store bought and reheated and overcooked. It deff wasn't smoked hours on end to goodness. I honestly was excited to consider uncle ernies for catering my wedding, but will have to reconsider to have guaranteed freshness for my special day.
Catered for a wedding got beef brisket it was over cooked and dry and very disappointed it wasn’t smoked like they brag it is. We also got pulled pork it was ok and it also wasn’t smoked they did a good job setting up but being honest it was average food at the best spent over$1100

The top barbecue sauce and brisket seasoning that I’ve ever had (and I go through a lot!). They sell it at the same gas station you can buy the bbq. We’re moving away and I’m even buying a bunch to take with me!

Decent like any other average place. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich at the Elkhorn balloon festival and when it arrived it was partially pulled pork with chunks of pork. There's a reason restaurants don't sell a chunk pork sandwich: nobody would order it. Everywhere else you order if you pay for pulled pork you simply get pulled pork. The barbecue sauce tasted like it was mixed with a bit if ketchup. Again it was decent so 3 stars.
