“A journey brought me to Papillion, Nebraska – a town where the pace slows and local flavors shine. tucked among the neighborhood streets is a spot well worth the stop: Canigilia’s a Mano. This unassuming local eatery delivers the kind of comfort and quality that only comes from doing things right. I ordered the Sicilian chef salad, thin crust sausage and peppers pizza, and it arrived exactly the way it should: salad fresh and pleasing with perfect dressing, Pizza – crisp-edged, hot, with perfectly balanced layers of savory sausage, sweet peppers and enough char. There’s nothing flashy here – just hospitality done right, a warm welcome, and food that respects tradition. If you are any where near Papillion and craving something real, this is a table worth sitting at. As a side note – I also ordered the Sicilian sub, saving it for the next day’s lunch – and it didn’t disappoint. hearty, well layered, and full of bold flavor. It held up beautifully overnight.”

“It says on Rotellas website “Our commitment to the customer will never waver” and that couldn’t be more true. Shout out to Julie who answers the phone for bread orders as well as any questions you may have. She was polite and patient with hearing me out when I was trying to find a specific kind of bread. I also want to give a shout out to Jim Rotella. Same positive attitude as Julie and after I told him what I was looking for he said he would find out what he could for me and that he would call me back in a few minutes. With a business like Rotellas I’m sure they’re busy, so I wasn’t expecting a call right away (which was okay with me). Sure enough Jim calls me back within a few minutes. Those two went above and beyond for me. Also shoutout to the ladies I always see working in the retail store. They’re always willing to help and I have never had a bad experience from there. As someone that’s new to the food truck business I’m glad they’re the ones I buy my bread from.”

“We came here Christmas Eve with our family and ordered all you can eat Sushi for 5. Let me tell you, our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs but everything we had was outstanding from many selections on the menu. Edward, our server, was incredibly attentive and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and food and plan to make this a regular dining experience. Wonderful atmosphere, outstanding food and excellent service. Highly recommend checking out this little gem of a restaurant in Bellevue!”

“I’m always searching for the most authenticity when it comes to ethnic foods in different cities and places I frequent because why not have a list of top places you can come back to eat?! I myself am Lao so I also love finding hidden gems like this place to see how it is. When I found this place, I had to see for myself and after eating here for the first time, I KNOW I’ll be back! The lady serving us was super sweet and attentive as best she could since during this time, she was the only one working the front, so this was understandable and we’re fairly patient people. The food looking really good and delicious and well put together to be served. The portion sizes match the pricing well so you’re definitely paying for what you eat, and let’s talk about the flavors?! Everything we ordered was on point, super delicious!! I will place pictures in the comments if possible, but we ordered Thai sukiyaki soup, Thai beef salad, and Lao style papaya salad all with the range of level 5 spice and Thai tea. Instead of Jasmine rice, we decided on sticky rice and they came in the cutest little rice containers! Overall I truly enjoyed the authenticity that the restaurant put into the food instead of changing certain ingredients to water-down recipes tjag most “Thai food“ places do and serve what’s most typical for menu. The menu had wonderful variety with photos and pricing. Can’t wait to frequent more!”

“That looks delicious ? I was in on saturday the 21st 2023 my son kept telling my mom you have to try this place so him and I did on sat. I am a big soup snob I love soup it's one of my favorite things to eat. I got the beef brisket tex mex soup and I WAS BLOWN AWAY! This was the best soup I have ever had! I wish i could order it by the gallon. I also had the bang bang chicken sandwich The very first thing I noticed is that the sandwich looked exactly like it does in the picture...absolutely beautiful the presentation was so impressive. I have never ever been anywhere where the food comes out looking the way it is advertised. This sandwich was amazing! The fries were perfectly done and everything was hot. I cannot rave enough on how delish this meal was it is now my go to place .The service was great very friendly people I can honestly say that this is the best resteraunt I have ever been to and I cannot wait to go back”
