Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a restaurant that serves cookies. The cookies are always good, very sweet, and always fresh. The strawberry shortcake was fit for the queen, and the carrot cake was bloody delicious. The workers are so nice; one time a lady gave a free cookie. The employees handled themselves well and were still polite despite being busy. The location does an amazing job making sure the cookies come out great and get delivered in a timely manner. Customers use the self checkout for quicker service and love earning rewards for free cookies. People bring their kids for a Birthday or special night out to grab a cookie to share and never end up getting just one. It is a good place for a Biscoff strawberry jam cookie and a salted caramel.
