This was my first experience at Red Door in which the food was just acceptable. Half my plate was cold and the other half was room temperature. My eggs felt like they came straight out of the fridge the new order was then browned. I LOVE this place and this was my first complaint out of 20 visits.
We ate earlier in the day between lunch and dinner which made the restaurant fairly empty at 3:30 in the afternoon. The food has always been good and we ordered our spicy fried chicken that we like that's only available on Thursdays. We order the all white meat dinner with breasts and wings. The server, Hunter was excellent. The apps were delicious, the strips were delicious and the dessert was incredible. Will definitely be going back. I prefer to call for a reservation, but the app worked very well.
