Okay, so here is the deal. I know how to cook a steak. Not just cook it, but make it really good. I pride myself on being good at cooking steaks. Most of the time, when I go to a "steakhouse" or any place that markets itself as "upscale", the steaks are juicy, but lack flavor. Or they are heavily seasoned, but dryer than my writing of this review. Prairie Creek Vineyard & Winery knows house to let the flavor of the steak speak loud and proud, and not overcook...
Prairie Creek Vineyard serve some of our very favorite wine. We love the atmosphere when we are able to get to town for dinner. We would really enjoy a day of pampering at your vineyard.

We were greeted quickly and politely made our way to a table. We asked for a group picture and they even moved the hostess stand so we could get a great picture in front of the large wine bottle.
Wish they were open on Sundays…..
