After a long day of exploring the area we chose to eat at The Ridge. It was the best decision ever. The food and the service were excellent. Three of us ordered steaks. They were all at least an inch and a half thick and cooked to perfection for all of us. They were also the most flavorful steaks we’ve had in a very long time!
