Rude owner. doesn't know how to work her door dash set up and punishes paying hard working customers for their incompetence
We came in with a large group that included six children, the waitress handled it amazingly! The food came out hot and fresh! Great atmosphere and great staff!
Y'all, I'm not one to complain when it comes to food service, because I have been on the other side of the counter. I understand mistakes happen.
So, we ordered Door Dash from Maximus here in Columbus. We had added things onto our burgers, as you can see on the receipt here.
We get our order and notice that both of the burgers were plain. Just meat and cheese.
