Speedy Gonzales Mexican Food Truck is a great little food truck with friendly service. The guy running it is nice and recommended Al Pastor when carnitas are out of stock. Diners praise the Al Pastor and Birria burrito, calling the latter thiccc and hard to lift. The tongue burrito and barbacoa are described as best, and the cup of corn is the best around. Steak tacos are the best, with flavor on point, tender meat, and solid portion size, while chicken tacos are also good. The seasoning is on point, the spice is perfect, and the service is super fast.
