“LOVE Paper Moon. Of all the places that I promote via word-of-mouth, this one definitely "takes the cake" (pun intended.) The pastries are made to perfection with lots of gluten and dairy free options. I'm usually hesitant on GF/DF, but wow does Paper Moon pull it off! (Try the coffee cake. You'll have yourself thinking, "I can't believe it's not butter!") There are always creative, new flavors each week and of course some fan-favorite usuals. There's so much more to say about the pastries but you'll have to try it for yourself. 😇 Ok...I have to give the kolaches its own paragraph. As a Nebraska native, I've had me a lot of kolaches. But Paper Moon's kolaches are SPOT ON. Soft and moist dough. A hearty serving of filling. Not to mention, there are creative and unique flavors each week...even savory ones. YUM! Each bite of a Paper Moon kolache has me thinking, "this is how a kolache is supposed to be." You'll find yourself back in time as you walk through the doors into the 30's...so cool! Last but certainly not least, Lindsey (the owner) and the staff are always bright, cheery, and such a pleasure. They give Paper Moon that homey, inviting feel that brings us Nebraskans back to our small town roots. Full disclosure: get to know your neighbors in line. There's a reason there is a wait and space is limited...because it is a gem that attracts people from all around. But don't you worry, they're a well oiled machine. Paper Moon is well worth the wait! ☺️”

“We have been to HBG on multiple occasions. Two of which were for family birthday dinners. Both times we have been warmly greeted by the owner and staff. Joe has gone out of his way to make sure the celebration is memorable for all! Food is great too! We will be back!”

“I live in Lincoln after showing houses in the Hickman area a few months back I decided to order pizza and pick it up before heading back to Lincoln. The food is just amazing, hot and the staff is so friendly. I know all Godfathers have the same menu but Hickman makes way better pizza then any of The Godfather’s in Lincoln. I now drive to Hickman for my pizza.”

“This is quality! And the service is great he listens to specifics and didn’t forget a thing, which I appreciate - especially when he was handling the lunch rush. Offered extra sauces, utensils etc. Hot food, nice mild spice (general sour chicken) in my opinion.I see a lot of bad reviews based on their inconsistent closing times but I’ll defend that this is probably on account of their prepared food running out, I’ve worked at small places like this and it’s easier for me to be understanding of the nature of this. I do recall seeing new signs posted warning of this.”

“Theres 2 sides to a story. This reveiw joshua dickenson has posted really upsets me. He came in to pick up an ONLINE order and said he was over charged and didnt receieve 1 sandwhich for free. I apologized and said we havw no control over the subway app and pay. We receive the order 3rd party. He was upset and yelling at me as i finished his sandwhiches because he was early to come pick up. He then demanded me to give him free cookies for his military discount and since he was overcharged by the app that i have no control over. I put the side of apple sauce in the bag amd the kids white milk on the counter. He then yelled at me again saying i will be giving you a bad review trisha and purposely forgets the milk on the counter. I also had another customer in my shop standing there in disbelief of what happened. I can only control what happens in store. I never rang in his order to begin with. I work really hard in my store. I would never say no to a 10% military discount. He did not want to purchase the cookies. He wanted them for free.”
