Took my 7 yr old grandson for supper per his request. He iss special needs and had a small meltdown during ordering, the lady had a look of impatient on her face. Food took a bit but was bk food, as we were sitting there eating the staff was in the kitchen using foul language many cuss words. Unacceptable!

Came late at night and had the best Burger King ever! All of the food was made fresh to order and the lady at the drive thru window was very friendly.

Food was fresh and order taker in drive thru got everything right. Unfortunately, the person making our food did not match up with the order and receipt. We ordered 6 regular cheeseburgers and 2 cheeseburgers no ketchup and 6 regular Whopper Jrs. We got 8 regular cheeseburgers and 6 Whopper Jrs all with no ketchup. It was a bit disappointing because they did not taste like the Whopper Jr. I've grown to love and my son who doesn't like ketchup (or tomato & lettuce) had to eat his cheeseburgers with ketchup on them.

The staff was more worried about yelling across the restaurant at their friends dropping F bombs in front of my 3 little girls than actually doing their job. The food was atrocious. Tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Do not eat here. Ever.

On Saturday 06/22/25. My daughter and I were going to go out of town at 10am and decided to get breakfast. We ordered 2 meals. A #7 & a #10, both with large vanilla ice coffees. We waited in the drive through behind a van for about 10 minutes & then got up to the window. We waited 5 minutes for them to get payment from us and hand our drinks to us. We then waited another 15 minutes to get 2 bags of food. We pulled around the front to check the bags like we always do anywhere. We found that it was the wrong food. My daughter went inside to have them fix the problem while I waited in the car. She finally came out about 11:00. I feel this was very bad on customer service and looks horrible for business. We live in cozad and have gone to burger king several times before, and it has never been this bad. My hope is there can be better training and better team work in the future.

On Sunday 06/22/25 me and my mom had planned to go to pick something up in burwell we had to leave early as we live in cozad and it’s a 2 hour drive to burwell we decided after getting gas at Casey’s to get some breakfast at Burger King we ordered a #7 and a #10 with large vanilla iced coffees at 10:00. We pulled forward and waited for 10 minutes for someone in front of us to get their food, when we pulled forward we waited for 5 minutes before the person took our card and gave us our drinks. We then sat there for 15 more minutes before finally being given 2 bags of food. We pulled forward to check our food to make sure it was all there and ours as it seemed much for 2 meals. It wasn’t ours so I took it in (to clarify I checked to see under the other food if maybe ours were mixed together so my hands had touched the food) the person who took our card and gave us our drinks said she came back then some guy grabbed the bags from me and took it out to the truck waiting for his meal. I then waited 5 minutes inside the lobby (which had all its lights off and some trash on the floor) before a different guy came in waiting to order no one even acknowledged that he was there and mainly glared at me like I had done something wrong. There looked to be 4 people one that was on his phone in the back one just sitting in back and then the other two were working all the meals. No one seemed urgent to get my food out. The guy who came in after waiting another 20 minutes walked out and finally 5 more minutes after that I got my food after the guy asked me from the condiments station if I wanted ketchup which I obviously declined cuz I never asked for it to begin with. So over all we waited an hour before I finally got our meal and my sandwich ended up being cold cuz it waited till they finally made a whopper jr(#10). As they were handing out lots of drive threw orders including some whopper jr’s. I love food but I was not satisfied at all with the customer service and the way that no one seemed to care and looked more angry at me for being there. To add we were late to pick up the thing in burwell and i know they saw how urgent I looked which in most cases would indicate they need to speed up or focus on the person who has been waiting the longest as that was what I was taught when I worked fast food. We have been here a lot of times but it has never been this bad before.

Very disappointing, not nearly as good as it used to be. Especially on Sundays when they show up whenever they want in the morning. Which would make it a bit of a let down for those traveling early in the morning.

Always gives me the wrong drink.
Our car's battery died in the parking lot during our visit to this BK (the food was great..fresh and hot!). Three employees came out and helped us jump start our car. Dillion (working drive thru at the time) was particularly kind and helpful, offering to drive to his house and bring back an extra battery he owned. Thank you Dillion and company! God bless you!

Lobby closed so they refuse to serve truck drivers. Really smart way to go out business.
This store needs to get their act together. Open! Not open! Lights on! Lights off! Absolutely NO consistency. Posted hours of operation don't seem to mean anything and are different depending on where you look.
