“I had a fantastic experience at Studio 6 Bistro in Cozad! From start to finish, the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — you can tell they take pride in using quality, locally-sourced ingredients. The homemade pasta and artisanal bread were standouts, and the craft cocktails made with fresh ingredients added a fun, elevated touch to the meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a charming interior and great outdoor patio space that made our evening really special. “This German brewery is a hidden gem in the small town of Cozad just off the highway and well worth the stop. The service is phenomenal, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome right away.

The beer is excellent and brewed to perfection with authentic German crafts. We loved the S’mores Radler.
