“Our first time in Nebraska and Mac’s spoiled us with great local wine, delicious appetizers and a peaceful vineyard to walk and learn about their winery from information boards around the vineyard. It was a breeze to check in at the tasting room upon arrival. We stayed in one of the 3 cozy cottages and slept great. Each cottage has an A/C unit, bathroom, coffee maker and thoughtful gifts left inside for visitors. We took advantage of the wine tasting when we arrived and ordered 3 delicious appetizers that served as our dinner. If you enjoy root beer I would suggest that as one of your options to taste, we really enjoyed it and bought a 6 pack to take on the road as well as a bottle of wine. The breakfast was absolutely a gourmet surprise delivered by Mac, so don’t leave early and miss a delightful breakfast to complete memorable stay. Thanks for the memories Mac!!”

“We drove out to Lexington for an install, spotted this joint so we stopped in for a bite. We both got tacos el pastor and holy smokes! The best ive ever had. The atmosphere is intriguing and fun to look at. The glass in the windows is so clean it looks like there isnt glass! The bathrooms were clean and had no bad odor aswell! Plenty of menu options, the cook even came out to ask topping preferences which was very considerate! I highly reccomend this place to everyone.”

I had the chicken, frijoles and cheese pupusas and he had zucchini, bean and cheese. We were both very happy. I will seek out El Salvadoran food anywhere I go now!”

“What is it with Subway - every time I order one of their advertised sandwiches (this time, Spicy Chicken Nacho), they immediately start in with the "what do you want on it?" questions. What kind of cheese do I want? Whatever comes on your Spicy Chicken Nacho Sandwich. What veggies do I want? The ones that come on your Spicy Chicken Nacho Sandwich. Burger chains ask some version of "do you want everything that comes on it?", but Subway employees NEVER ask that single, critical question. The Spicy Chicken Nacho sandwich was fine, but I wouldn't order it again. Maybe they got the idea of using (cheap) crunchy chips as an ingredient from Taco Bell. Two girls were working on our December 17th visit. The one who made our sandwiches was actually working. The other girl was scrolling on her phone and gossiping about what she found to the first girl. Not the best way to make a good impression on customers. Stand there bored and ready if you have nothing better to do, at least until there aren't customers going through the line!”
