All really good here, starting with cinnamon roll style like my Mom made, but these didn't have quite as much brown sugar and butter candy on. We having a variety of breakfast choices. Unusual day here enroute to function. We had real good foods here today and will be back. Indications this may be the same group as Farmer's Cafe, also here at Lexington. I liked this better however. A classic western diner in the rapidly changing demographics of Lexington, Nebraska. This historic Lincoln Highway town has several roadside landmarks. The cafe is tucked inside the town's primary commercial blocks. They served breakfast all day and I loved the American scramble of eggs, cheese, bacon and hash browns. Toast was crispy! We have driven half way across the country at this point and have eaten out nearly every meal. We thought we'd had amazing food until we came to A&D Cafe in the tiny town of Lexington, Nebraska!
