The new owner brought our food to us and we had a very nice conversation. He told us that he and his brother (co-owners) closed the doors for two weeks after they bought the franchise at that location so they could deep clean it, and they did an excellent job. We were really impressed by the cleanliness, the attitude and service of the employees, the taste of the food, and the great service they all provided. Don’t judge this place based on the previous owner because it is a great place now. Their grandfather owned the Dairy Queen in Scottsbluff, NE Dairy Queen and their mom now manages it. He told us to stop there and say hello, and we actually did because we were driving through there and we met his mom. She was super nice and her staff was great. It was fun, and it showed us how much they all care about their customers, and their business. The employees in both locations were super friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our visit memorable. These two Dairy Queens are examples of small businesses in their towns that help their communities thrive, and we always like to support this. So be sure and stop in both locations and tell them the Texas couple said to stop and say howdy. 🤠

Service was extremely slow for drive thru even though we were the only customer in line. We ordered a dipped cone and it was messy - definitely won’t be stopping here again when passing through.

The whole place after school is ran by high school kids that are more interested in giving their friends free ice cream ind drinks than helping paying customers

There really should be an adult there with all those kids. There was a girl not working there but she helped herself to a free cup for a pop and they other ones that were working were messing around and yelling. They need some supervision. Looks like there needs to be some cleaning going on.

Ordered 3 blizzards and waited 30 minutes for order and nobody was there. Staff wasn’t friendly and girl that made the blizzards took forever and didn’t crush the Oreos so 2 Oreos set on top and the rest was just ice cream. Waste of our day.
Terrible Service. We went and there was not even 3 people in the drive thru and dinning area, lady at counter ignored us for good 15 minutes and then was extremely rude when we were ordering.

Yall need to get it together, why are the employees throwing what looks to be food at each other in the back? Messing around instead of helping customers. Used to frequent often when I came back to town but don't think I will any longer. 2 guys, blonde hair and brown hair were the main culprits during this visit. It takes forever to get the food and then I find out your employees are dancing on the tables you let customers EAT AT?! DISGUSTING. DONT EAT HERE.
