Yall need to get it together, why are the employees throwing what looks to be food at each other in the back? Messing around instead of helping customers. Used to frequent often when I came back to town but don't think I will any longer. 2 guys, blonde hair and brown hair were the main culprits during this visit. It takes forever to get the food and then I find out your employees are dancing on the tables you let customers EAT AT?! DISGUSTING. DONT EAT HERE.

I Order a strawberry shake. I found peanuts chocolate chip in the shake.i had to stand at list 10m before someone said something to me. I had to make some noise for a person to come in the front.

Not sure why we continue to come back here. Service is always terrible. Waited over 15 min in the driveway today for one meal. Order was wrong of all things. The workers are all high school students who have not been properly trained which is managements fault. Save yourself time and frustration and visit Runza for fast food in Cozad.

Have eat here twice. Both times got our food with in three minutes. This explain the cold soggy fries and dry chicken strips. They cook the food and it sets until people show up to buy it, REALLY BAD. We also bought a blizzard one time with chocolate ice cream and I had to take it back because it was sour. They have a supervision problem!!

We ordered a couple blizzards and it didn't get started until around 5 minutes, while we were waiting around that time, there were workers messing around, screaming, and cussing until finally a young lady started on our blizzards. While the others were messing around in the back not helping her, one of them went to go talk to a group af teenagers in the dining area and mess around with them instead of actually doing his job and the others were just in the back messing around. The lady that did our order was kind, and quick, also when my little brother wanted cookie dough, she said they didn't have any but offered if he wanted another add-on, so she did a great job but the other employees need to either actually do there job or there manager do something about it

This place has REALLY gone downhill, we were refused service at 8:30 with cars in the driveway after waiting at the intercom for 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. Fast forward a couple days and I see this on my tiktok app. A video of Bella Day dancing on the tables in the lobby of the Cozad Dairy Queen. Talk about unprofessional and terrible service, not to mention unsanitary and disgusting. Don’t waste your money here, you might get something from her shoe on your burger. I think this needs brought to the health departments attention.

Make sure you ask for your bank card back. I had to walk in from the drive-thru to get my card back after waiting 5 min at the drive-thru window .they definitely have TikTok brain ?

I came from out of town to get my oil changed n tires rotated and I was hungry so I went over to dairy queen wrong mistake! Whoever the young kids in there working are yelling, dancing the young boy was trying to rap and remind you nobody in here but me and both were rude as hell!!! Who is the manager
