This is the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. I ordered a four piece chicken strip basket and a shrimp basket took about 15 minutes to get my food the whole time I was waiting there was nothing but screaming and cussing in the back from the employees I got back to my hotel. And checked my food the chicken strip basket was fine. The shrimp basket had five little pieces and maybe 15 fries so I went back to the store ordered a blizzard waited in line for another 10 to 15 minutes while the employees just continued walking by the customers at the front counter, finally got service from the manager on duty who told me he made my shrimp basket and he doesn’t know what i want him to do I believe his name was Sebastian after he told me that he walked away, and there were still continuous cussing and screaming and banging in the back the positive I seen the whole night was the young man working drive-through and the front counter were running trying to stay caught up, but it seemed like they didn’t have any help because everybody else was playing in the back, they were not management and they were telling the people in the kitchen so stop yelling and cussing because there’s customers so congratulations to the young man that were working in front for caring about their job and their customers

I ordered my blizzards on the app no issues there but when I went to pick up my order there were 2 cars in front of me that’s fine I got up to the window the female worker that handed me my blizzards wasn’t friendly at all. I said thank you she said yep shut the drive thru window and took her headset off as I look in the window there is at least 4 others just standing there on their phones not mention the lights were off already. You close at 9pm the outside lights should not be turned off at 8:15pm, this is not the first time that has happened. I visit this Dairy Queen at least once a week, I have been in the fast food industry so I know what they were doing and it’s not ok. I understand you just want to go home but there should be no reason to act the way that girl did I’m sorry but that’s disrespectful.This NEEDS to be fixed.

If i could rate a 0 or negative I would, this store has went to the dump in the last year. I used to stop multiple times a week Stopped by 2/26/24 in the evening & was bombarded with teens screwing around in the lobby trying to go behind the counter, taking the equipment like hand sanitary station apart, the staff tossing cups and them & talking to them vs the customers. The staff was very disorganized sending trays out to the wrong tables then taking them back behind the counter. One teen was shaking and lifting the front counter just for a sauce packet while people were waiting on orders or to order. Not saying what order number it was for to go orders or what was in the order just wondered around the store handing it to whoever. Many customers waiting for ice cream while the staff messed around with their friends. Teenagers dressed in random "comfy" clothes that did not match, not in closed toed or heeled shoes.

Food tastes fine but every time I go through, I pay for something I don’t receive. Asked for two sides of ranch, paid for three, and received one. Asked for no toast, got toast, and was asked to pull forward for one chicken basket and was left waiting for at least 20 minutes.
