What a gem! Being from out of state we have never heard of Runza, so stopped in to check it out. Boy, did they not disappoint! From friendly and genuinely welcoming service to hot delicious sandwiches - a 5 star experience from start to finish! Runza sandwiches were so good, we had to get a couple to go on the way out! And the prices were right too!

As always, delicious. Tried their new pumpkin pie shake and ate chicken tenders; as you do at Runza. Staff was very polite and slipped me an extra chicken tender, probably on accident. But I'm grateful nonetheless ^.^

Very disappointed. Girl at window tonight was scrolling through her phone as I waited to be helped inside. Two younger fellas had got food and ice cream they came back in and asked for ranch. The lady said you didn't say you wanted any (they knew each other), she gave him 4 ranches (no charge). I asked if I could have a onion dip she said sorry I'll have to charge you for that. That's the one cause we charge for ? went on the runway website they charge for ranch. So we give free things to some and not for other. Not good business. She told the guy to go enjoy his freedom so I'm assuming maybe he works there. Regardless very disappointed. Next time I'll go to DQ or Pizza Hut.

I was on the go and was grabbing some lunch.And the The cheese runza was amazing as always. And there wasn't a long line and I didn't have to wait or anything in the people were pleasant.
Better than stopping in Kearney to eat when going West by far. Simple, quick and a reasonable amount of folks.
