This isn’t my usual subway but as I just got to the area I decided to try it. The first time I went a female named Andrea served me and I was sorely disappointed in the service given. The second time however was a gentleman named James. Not only did provide excellent customer service but he was also friendly, polite, and joked with my children. The first visit you couldn’t squeezed a smile out of that woman’s tush if someone tickled it. I will go in again but will preferably be when James is working. If I’m going to drop 50$ a visit to feed my family I expect a thank you and friendly customer service.

Last 2 times I got there salads they barely had anything even when ordering extra of everything. Went today to pickup my pre-ordered food after it was supposed to be done and they didn't even start it had to wait another 20 minutes and it still wasn't done right. Staff was rude about the whole ordeal.

They burnt every sandwich I got. Toaster beeped minimum 4 times before anyone even looked up to get them out. Rang up my order wrong (wrong size drink and entirely wrong sandwich). I had to correct them on their own menu as they didn’t know steaks came with x2 cheese and my 6in was basically mush by the time I was able to look at it. The lobby/dining area was also a disaster with chairs all over the place and every table disgusting. This store has gone SEVERELY downhill in the last 3 months.

Actually should be 0 stars. Just left and wrong meats on our sandwiches, was told a flatbread was a wrap, hardly any tuna on my sandwich, 3 soft drinks were out of order and bathrooms were horrible!

I want to give 0 stars. They charged us for a sandwich we never ordered and costs more then the one we got. We asked 3 times for the meat to be heated up but the sandwich not toasted and still got a cold sandwich that we had to take back in to have them redo. Absolutely will not be going back to this subway.

What an filthy stop! What is the purpose of gloves for fixing and serving food? Apparently to keep the employee's hands clean NOT to keep the food clean!!! Serving up food and taking money without taking gloves off. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service as well!!!
