This isn’t my usual subway but as I just got to the area I decided to try it. The first time I went a female named Andrea served me and I was sorely disappointed in the service given. The second time however was a gentleman named James. Not only did provide excellent customer service but he was also friendly, polite, and joked with my children. There was only one person working. When we got there. There was quite a line and she handled it very well. She had a smile on her face the whole time and got through the line very efficiently. She is a fantastic worker and made my opinion of Subways much better than before.
